Problem

BUNAT’s team spent too much manual effort communicating with students and running community activities, which limited how large the community could grow.

Solution

n8n workflows with AI assistance manage the student journey from registration: new members are registered and classified, then guided toward relevant community packages, activities and events.

Automation

  • Automated follow-ups and WhatsApp communication with students.
  • Event reminders before an event, attendance tracking, and post-event communication.
